MORE SOLUTIONS:--

To Stop Waiting time before download:
1-Go to download page and click free
2-In address box, type: javascript:alert(c=0)
3-Click ok on the popup.
4-enter captcha and download your file.(Timer gone Very Happy )

(For Static IP) To stop waiting time between downloads:
1-right click your connection from network connections and click properties.
2-Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), then click properties
3-If you notice "Obtain IP address automatically" is selected, then go to 2nd method.
4-If you notice "Use the following IP address" is selected", then continue with these steps.
5-After downloading the first file, disable your connection.
6-then turn off your router.
7-Go back to the properties of Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
7-At the last block of IP address from the 4: increase or reduce the no. by one.
8-Click ok then close.
9-Now turn on your router, then enable your connection.
10-And download your second file.
Repeat these steps every time you download.

2nd method
1-Click Start>Run, type "cmd" then hit enter.
2-type ipconfig /all and hit enter.
3-Note down your (IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway and DNS Server)
4-After finishing your first file, disable your connection.
5-then right click it and click properties.
6-Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click Properties.
7-Choose "Use the following IP address"
8-then enter the info from the info you noted.
9-Now turn on your router, then enable your connection.
10-And download your file.
Repeat these steps every time you download.

(For Dynamic IP) To stop waiting time between downloads:
1-After downloading your file, Open Start>Run, then type cmd and hit enter.
2-type
Code:

ipconfig /flushdns then hit enter
ipconfig /release then hit enter
ipconfig /renew then hit enter
exit then hit enter

3-Erase your cookies and download your next file.
If this works for you you can save the above commands into a batch file and run it whenever you want, just write them into notepad and save the file with .bat extension.
